Our brand new guest house (built in 2019)is a spacious one bedroom, one bath with a bunk loft. Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. Located 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Folly beach or Sullivan’s island, this tastefully decorated guest house will not disappoint! Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Easy parking in the driveway, steps from the cottage door. The backyard is shared with the main house. This quaint West Ashley neighborhood is seated in between downtown and the trendy shops of Avondale. STR permit #04191
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. This place is a hidden treasure. Everything was clean and adorable. The owner’s attention to detail was very evident. Everything you need is there. Plenty of room for children to sleep in adorable bunk beds. Highly recommend!

We were in town officiating a wedding on folly beach and the location of this property was a perfect home base. We could easily get on major roads to get to wedding location but also hop across town to go to Sullivan's island where my wife grew up going to the beach. The place was incredibly clean and it was obvious that the hosts take great pride in the property. Very thankful we spotted the listing and we went with it.

Charleston family trip

The property manager was incredibly responsive. She sent us information on local restaurants and places to visit. The property was clean and was very accurately represented in the photos. It was perfect for our family reunion of 4 adults. It was a longer walk than we anticipated to get to restaurants so we needed to drive in many cases. We used the driveway and shared the back yard with the owners which was not an issue but for those who want to be totally apart from the owner, this may be a consideration. However, the owners did not come out when we were using the beautiful yard and gave us privacy.It was a lovely neighborhood and the cost was reasonable. Downtown Charleston was cost prohibitive and this property was close enough to easily visit the beach, downtown Charlestown, and other attractions. This is a quiet and clean place to enjoy and explore the Charleston area which I highly recommend.
