We just loved the Andrew Pinckney Inn! The staff was so friendly! The breakfast in the morning had such a lovely variety. The quiches and pastries were delicious. The place was very welcoming with their cookies in the afternoon and the Wine & Cheese events lin the early evening. This boutique hotel was perfect for both families and couples looking for a getaway in Charleston. The location is great because it’s in walking distance to the Market, carriage rides & restaurants. We loved it!

Room was comfortable, but across the street from the common place which had a great view from the fourth floor. Thoroughly enjoyed the wine hour and breakfast from there and the service was exceptional. Location was right in the historic section and within walking distance. The only disappointment was the extra charge for the parking.

I rate this hotel 3.5 stars due to a mix of positives and negatives. The breakfast was fancier than average, complemented by a great panoramic view from the dining room. The complimentary happy hour was a delightful surprise, where we enjoyed chatting with staff and patrons about the city. The hotel's condition was okay, rooms were clean, and hotel location is excellent. However, our two rooms had no windows, which felt unsettling. While the hotel was clean, the lobby staff could have been friendlier, and parking was a hassle with long waits to retrieve our car. I might look for something else next time.
