huge lake

Nice pleasant hotel near a huge lake. Rooms nice and clean but did get very hot during the night. Kind and helpful staff thank you for our stay.

Clean but tired hotel

Hotel was clean but tired. Breakfast was very good but dinner took forever to get served. The immediate area is quite pretty overlooking a lake but we couldn’t see it from our room.

Unsafe Unapologetic Over Priced.

My 6 year old son badly cut his toe on the broken light in the swimming pool. I got a member of staff who helped with stopping the bleeding which was a lot. I then showed him the broken light in the pool as there were other people in the pool, he said oh and that was it, another guest pointed to the bottom of the pool saying there was glass on the floor and the member of staff still did not shut the pool. We then went to our room with an upset son who had been wanting to swim all day and had about 5 mins before the accident. We then went down for a meal and were not allowed on the terrace as there was a coach party and they were treated much better then us. The food took for ever to come as they were busy with there coach party. The lamb was cold and tuff the rest was ok. The room was small we paid extra for a family room and got a standard the a bunk bed pushed in the corner. The worst thing about the whole thing is we never got an apology. AVOID

Inconviences

There is no elevator and if your room is on second level, there's a narrow circular staircase which is difficult and even dangerous with suitcases. Breakfast room is small and we didn't find a table so went without breakfast. The entrance is on a narrow, one way street and the hotel parking was already full when we arrived. The only good experience was with two staff members, another two staff were unfriendly. Won't be back.

Séjour agréable mais rénovation à prévoir.

Emplacement très agréable. Personnel accueillant. Décoration datée. Bonne literie. Douche à revoir. Vue du balcon très sympa. Hôtel un peu dans son jus mais potentiel indéniable. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Chocolat coupé à l’eau…dommage. Passe très bien pour une nuit étape.
