This maisonette combines traditional decor and modern luxury, creating a unique space for romantic, relaxing, or adventurous holidays for a couple, a group of friends, or a family.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, cookware), a modern living room, a comfortable dining table for 4 people, and a bathroom. If you are a foodie or simply want to enjoy a homemade meal, you will find everything you need. The luxurious sofa bed in the living room adds a sense of warmth and, when opened, easily transforms into a high-quality and comfortable (1.30x2.00) double bed. The living room also features a single armchair bed (0.90x2.00), offering greater flexibility in sleeping arrangements. In the same space at the back, you will find a tasteful and luxurious bathroom fully equipped for personal hygiene and care, as well as a washing machine. The ground floor also features air conditioning, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen Smart TV.

On the first and upper floor is the main bedroom of the maisonette, where one can truly feel special. The fantastic king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00) perfectly embraces the moments when you decide to relax and feel like a King. A spacious wardrobe offering plenty of space for your personal belongings, a flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioning, as well as a small table for work or personal care, complete the picture.
