The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, cookware), a modern living room, a comfortable dining table for 4 people, and a bathroom. If you are a foodie or simply want to enjoy a homemade meal, you will find everything you need. The luxurious sofa bed in the living room adds a sense of warmth and, when opened, easily transforms into a high-quality and comfortable (1.30x2.00) double bed. The living room also features a single armchair bed (0.90x2.00), offering greater flexibility in sleeping arrangements. In the same space at the back, you will find a tasteful and luxurious bathroom fully equipped for personal hygiene and care, as well as a washing machine. The ground floor also features air conditioning, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen Smart TV.

On the first and upper floor is the main bedroom of the maisonette, where one can truly feel special. The fantastic king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00) perfectly embraces the moments when you decide to relax and feel like a King. A spacious wardrobe offering plenty of space for your personal belongings, a flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioning, as well as a small table for work or personal care, complete the picture. The cherry on top is, of course, the bedroom balcony that gives you the feeling that the sea is yours to enjoy, whether with your coffee or your drink, in the outdoor lounge that allows you to gaze at the blue expanse.

The private 15 sq.m. terrace, also located on the first floor, offers a unique relaxation setting: lie on the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy your cocktail under the sun, watch movies on the projector under the night sky, or view the photos you just took on the projector while sipping your afternoon coffee.
