Quiet lakefront retreat in gated community on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. The vacation home has a memory foam bed. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Absolutely amazing beach on the lake. The kids loved the beach entry and had a great time. The yard was also beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay at this house. We will definitely be back!

The owner Hollie was amazing. She was quick with responses while she was vacationing herself. The house was amazing and very well kept, clean and decorated so perfectly. The yard was beautiful as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Its definitely a 10 out of 10 place to stay. Thank you Hollie for a great stay.

Great communication with host, she was quick to answer all my questions. We enjoyed sitting and having our meals on the deck and found the kitchen to be well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable and nice clean bathrooms. It was a great stay!

Clean space, comfy beds and a pretty lake view makes for a great getaway. Quite a large property located on the west side of the lake with access to use two kayaks and a paddle board. Owner was easy to communicate and fast to respond to questions before and after booking. Check in was a breeze too.

Hollie was extermely responsive and very welcoming. The place was very nice. The home contained a lot of "little things" that made it nice, especially if you were a family and planning to cook there. Cooper (the dog next door) was a bonus. My wife and I are dog people so we appreciated Cooper's visit.

Beautiful view, can’t see catfish of pier and floated in the lake in the afternoon, and it was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.
