The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 34 m² flat for rent in the town of Chamrousse, within walking distance of the ski resort. It features Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the raised ground floor (equivalent to the first floor), it comprises a lovely 13 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 13 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a Senséo coffee machine, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and a TV
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds on the bottom and 1 double bed on the top) and a TV
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
- Ski locker

Outdoors:
- A 16 m² south-facing balcony, with outdoor furniture (table and sun loungers) to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Direct access (50 m) to the ski lifts, the ESF (French Ski School) and the cross-country skiing area.
If you’re visiting out of season, almost all the shops will be closed. Please don’t hesitate to check with the tourist office before your stay.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.
