Welcome to Chamrousse, in the residence "Les Villages du Bachat", Epicéas B building.
Your 6-person apartment in Chamrousse, with an area of 35 m², consists of:
- Living room with sofa bed (1x2 persons, 140x190) with television and WIFI
- Large terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. (garden furniture stored in a chest located on the terrace).
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Waffle maker/grill, Raclette machine, capsule coffee maker (Tassimo) + filter coffee maker, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils)
- Bedroom 1: double bed (base 160x200 with 2 mattresses of 80x200)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (2x1 person, 80x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub, towel rail, hairdryer and separate WC
- Ski locker, board games
- South-facing exposure
- Private and free outdoor parking subject to availability.

- Easy unloading of your belongings with vehicle access to the accommodation.
Calm and ideally situated, with no overlooking neighbours, on the edge of a forest, with a beautiful view of the mountains, the apartment, equipped with multiple arrangements to make your life easier:
- Located 450 m (6-7 minutes on foot) from the departure of the Arselle chairlift (ESF and lift pass sales) and cross-country ski slopes. (Possibility of departure and arrival on skis depending on snow conditions and skiing level)
- You will enjoy a free shuttle service (stop 50 m away) that goes around the resort, a sports equipment rental/sales shop (la Boite à Ski 1700 100 m away), a sherpa (200 m), restaurants on the residence and all other amenities.
In summer and in winter, if weather conditions permit, you will be able to approach your vehicle in front of the apartment to unload or reload your luggage. You will then park in the private car park (50 m away) whose access is protected by a badge.
Finally, note the possibility of renting 2 identical and adjoining apartments (Epicea B01 and Epicea B02).
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are additional charges:

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
