- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A sleeping area in the entrance hall (with a bunk bed sleeping two)

- Horse riding club in summer, 10 minutes on foot, and dog sledding in winter
