Overall, great resort, and loved the location and peaceful getaway. One thing that was a little annoying was that the bathroom did not have simple, basic fixtures for towels or amenities. It was always interesting to figure out where to put my stuff in the bathroom.

Positives...The property is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Negatives... There is a long beach but very limited chairs and umbrellas. Needing to reserve a chair before 7 am every morning is not luxury. I don't expect a lot of the food at an all-inclusive, but it was sub-par at the restaurants. Buffet was decent.

This is a terrible property do not stay here. The pools are overcrowded, the drinks are watered down. All the seats at the pool are taken by guests early in the day with towels. Staff did nothing to help with this. Lastly the front desk and staff are very rude and unhelpful.

I love the hotel. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I didn't was that they close the bar at 12:00am on Saturday in a resort. I have not ever seen that and not having a Disco it makes worst.

The food was mediocre, gross with no flavor. The room service was ok, the rooms were clean , at times i had to contact guest services to request my room to be cleaned. The description of this resort is not what it's explained on the website and the lounge chairs were extremely limited. I will not go or recommend this resort
