Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities are top-notch, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. My son especially loved the water park — it was definitely a highlight of our stay! Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit everyone in the family. We highly recommend this hotel to other families and are already looking forward to staying here again when we return next summer

We had a nice weekend getaway, love this hotel. We come at least twice a year. Spa is amazing, Renta did Turkish bath and deep tissue massage. Narti does excellent Turkish bath with massage also. I highly recommend Turkish bath if you visit this hotel. Beach was beautiful as always, swimming in October was a little chilly but not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, so if you go to cesme this is the spot.

Well manicured ,well maintained ,very friendly staff, good food and decent music; Only problem I can think of is beach very crowded with small kids which easily can be avoided if you go to the platform part of the beach . I highly recommend this resort. As an add on I think Checkout should be at noon.
