We were welcomed really well and looked after. The staff were friendly, helpful and ready to assist queries at all hours. The breakfast options was plentiful, delicious and filling. We were also allowed to leave valuables as we continued exploring the area past our check out time.

Çok anlık bulduğum bir yerdi. İş seyatindeyken rastladım venezia otele ve konaklamaktan çok keyif aldığım bir yer oldu. Kahvaltısı 10 numara ilgi alaka deseniz harika, insanı ev konforunda hissettirebilen nadir işletmelerden birisi venezia otel. Burdan tekrar tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum.

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss zugeteilt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, wir hätten dieses Zimmer so gebucht, was jedoch nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Boden lag noch Müll vom vorherigen Gast, auf der Bettwäsche befanden sich Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht wirklich sauber. Zudem war der Duschkopf defekt und die Toilettenspülung war extrem laut. Während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Auch frische Handtücher mussten wir uns jedes Mal selbst holen, anstatt dass diese automatisch ausgetauscht wurden. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns später ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss gezeigt wurde. Dieses war deutlich sauberer, moderner und insgesamt in einem wesentlich besseren Zustand als unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Außerdem war es komplett anders aufgebaut, sodass wir den Eindruck hatten, dass wir nicht die gleiche Zimmerkategorie erhalten haben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal stets freundlich war. Dennoch reicht Freundlichkeit allein leider nicht aus, wenn Sauberkeit und Service so deutlich zu wünschen übrig lassen.

Odalar temiz, kullanışlı, sade. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili. Kahvaltıyı ben beğendim açıkçası, özellikle patates kızartmasını ve sahanda yumurtayı epey beğendim. Havuz öyle büyük değil fakat boyu epey ideal. Konumu da gayet güzel, park sorunu da yaşamadık. Fiyat performans yeri diyebilirim.

Otelin tanıtım, lokasyon oda özellikleri ile görsellerden uzak bir odasında kaldığım için pişman olduğum konaklamaydı. eksikliklerin giderilmediği sürece kesinlikli önermiyorum. ne bu eksikler, eski paslı, yamuk yumuk ezilmiş çöp kutusunun değiştirilmesi, duş takımının değiştirilmesi, odaya terlik konulması, havluların düzenli olması, balkonun temiz olması, oda ikramlarının gelişi güzel değil de özenli yerleştirilmesi, elbise dolabı içindeki yedek yastığın temiz bir poşete konulması, aynı dolabın içinde açık elektrik tesisatının kapatılması, oda kapılarının arkadan kilitlenmesi için anahtar değil de sabit aç kapa kilit konulması, resepsiyonda bir personelin olması, dışarıdan elini kolunu sallayarak girişin engellenmesi, mutfağın kapısının açık bırakılmaması, vs vs vs. işler var. özetle vasat ötesi bir deneyimdi. teşekkürler.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Venezia in Alaçatı war einfach wunderbar! Drei Wochen lang durfte ich echte Herzlichkeit, Gemütlichkeit und liebevolle Gastfreundschaft erleben. Die Besitzerin Ebru ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche, aufmerksame und engagierte Gastgeberin. Sie hat all meine Wünsche sofort erfüllt und dabei stets ein offenes Ohr und ein warmes Lächeln gehabt. Ihre positive Ausstrahlung macht das Hotel zu einem ganz besonderen Ort. Ihre Mutter Sahide hat mich mit ihren fantastischen Kochkünsten begeistert. Jedes Gericht war mit Liebe zubereitet – man hat die Hingabe in jedem Bissen gespürt. Gemeinsam mit Şaval, der Frühstücksfee, hat sie jeden Morgen ein traumhaftes Frühstück gezaubert, frisch, vielfältig und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Mehmet Onkel war der gute Geist des Hauses. Er hat die Anlage stets gepflegt, für Ordnung und Schönheit gesorgt und jedem Gast mit seiner freundlichen Art und seinem herzlichen Lächeln den Tag verschönert – ein wahrer Gentleman. Muhammed, der Bruder von Ebru, war der ruhige Anker des Hauses. Durch seine hilfsbereite und verlässliche Art fühlte ich mich jederzeit sicher und ernst genommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und dennoch nah am Zentrum und den Stränden. WLAN, Pool und Service – alles perfekt! Ich habe mich in diesen drei Wochen wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt. So viel Wärme, Fürsorge und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft findet man nur selten. Ich danke für die schöne Zeit. YADIGAR

Gördüklerinize İnanamayacaksınız

Aklınız varsa gitmezsiniz. Sokakta konaklamak daha konforlu ve daha güvenli . İşletmecilikten uzak, eski konforsuz bakımsız odalar , taş gibi yastıklar , geç gelen kahvaltı ki zaten ortada kahvaltıda yok ve daha sayamayacağım bir sürü olumsuzluklar , otelde yürürken kafanıza her an bir şey düşebilir veya kayabilirsiniz . Farelerle konaklayabileceğiniz unutulmaz bir tatil deneyimi yaşamak istiyorsanız hemen rezervasyon yapın.

De locatie van het hotel was goed. De kamers waren mooi maar niet schoon, de poets vrouw had ontslag genomen. Misschien dat het op andere dagen beter was maar bij ons was het helaas niet zo schoon. De receptie medewerker was wel lief en gaf ons een nieuwe kamer die er iets beter uit zag. Snachts is het echter heel gehorig , je hoort mensen thuis komen van het uitgaan. Verder zit er wel een okay zwembadje bij het hotel. Ik denk als het hotel een paar regels/punten aanpakt het een leuk/net hotel kan worden maar voor ons was het een malig. Maar cesme/alacati zelf komen we zeker terug!

Mükemmel bir otel

Çok ilgili ve tarlı bir ekip çalışıyor.neredeyse her giriş çıkışımızda bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı çalışanlar var. Tertemiz ve yatakları çok rahat. Çok memnun kaldık. Sezon açıldığında çok merkezi bir konumda kalıyor. Arabayla gitmediyseniz bile saat başı hemen önünden dolmuş geçiyor. İlgi ve alakaları için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Keşke gerçek şartlar ve koşullar daha iyi olsaydı

Sabah erkenden otele geldiğimde beklemek zorunda kaldım, Hollanda'dan uçakla geldim ve erken check-in yapmak istediğimi önceden ifade ettim ve check-in saati 14:00 olduğunda oda hala hazır değildi. Check-in işleminden sonra Hotels.com'da rezerve ettiğime göre olmayan küçük bir oda verdiler; Hotels.com'dan rezervasyon yaptığımda 3 kişilik Elite oda rezerve ettiğim yazıyordu ve geldiğimde valizimi koyacak yer bile olmayan en küçük odayı verdiler, sonunda şikayet ettikten sonra bize daha büyük bir oda verdiler ama ayarlamak için zaman ve çaba harcadım. Ayrıca, buzdolabı düzgün çalışmıyordu ve dışarısı 35 derece olduğu için bu bir sorundu. Yukarıda listelenen olumsuz deneyimlerin yanı sıra, otelin konumu harika ve teras güzel ve güzel bir manzaraya sahip. Güzel bir otel ama hizmet ve gerçek şartlar ve koşullar daha iyi olsaydı, daha yüksek bir not verirdim.
