Room had what looked to be mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower. The bathroom door was peeled up at the bottom. The bottom of the shower wall was rotted. The chair and ottoman was old and dirty. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The room was slightly outdated. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, bottom of bathroom door was peeling up from moisture, the shower head was one hard stream and unable to adjust on showerhead, the bottles of shampoo are so small you need more than one to wash your hair, and our heater was turned up to 80 and still not blowing warm air. There was noise above and beside us until 2am the first night and 4am the second night.

The room was okay. While I have no sense of smell, my husband said there was a distinctly unpleasant smell throughout the hotel like they were trying to hide cigarette smoke or other odors. Other than that, we have no complaints other than the water was cut off on our arrival but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The city was working on an area down the street.

The breakfest wansn't great and they stopped at 9am. It should go to 10am. The room keys didn't work. After 3 trips to the desk she realized it was because the card reader on the door was not working. At midnight....this was not fun! It's not her fault....but the maintenance team should have taken care of that. The ceiling fan was not adjustable so you had "full blast" and "off". It wobbled too and was annoying to sleep under.

Room door lock would not work wouldn’t allow the keys to unlock it when i got to my room about 1230 am from work couldn’t get in my room tried for thirty minutes to get some one to respond at the front desk to reset my room keys rang the bell at the front desk multiple times hollered hello loudly multiple times called then hotel number from my cell phone three times in the lobby and no one came to the phone finally the hotel night attendant came to the desk and reset my room keys and it took about ten tries before it finally opened the door Was after1 am when I got into my room to shower and get to sleep after a long day

Room was great. They have really nice comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. Coffee machine at breakfast could use maintenance. I had noisy neighbors and a yapping dog but staff moved me. That I really appreciated.
