The room was okay. While I have no sense of smell, my husband said there was a distinctly unpleasant smell throughout the hotel like they were trying to hide cigarette smoke or other odors. Other than that, we have no complaints other than the water was cut off on our arrival but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The city was working on an area down the street.

The breakfest wansn't great and they stopped at 9am. It should go to 10am. The room keys didn't work. After 3 trips to the desk she realized it was because the card reader on the door was not working. At midnight....this was not fun! It's not her fault....but the maintenance team should have taken care of that. The ceiling fan was not adjustable so you had "full blast" and "off". It wobbled too and was annoying to sleep under.

Room door lock would not work wouldn’t allow the keys to unlock it when i got to my room about 1230 am from work couldn’t get in my room tried for thirty minutes to get some one to respond at the front desk to reset my room keys rang the bell at the front desk multiple times hollered hello loudly multiple times called then hotel number from my cell phone three times in the lobby and no one came to the phone finally the hotel night attendant came to the desk and reset my room keys and it took about ten tries before it finally opened the door Was after1 am when I got into my room to shower and get to sleep after a long day

Room was great. They have really nice comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful. Coffee machine at breakfast could use maintenance. I had noisy neighbors and a yapping dog but staff moved me. That I really appreciated.

Saw a roach in hallway walking to the elevator, and then when in the room the sink had hair shavings in it and the mirror was completely fogged up as if someone had JUST used it. Told front desk and the didnt wanna move me because they only had suites available and i refused to pay more for their issue.

Pricey for what you get, but it was nice.

This hotel was about what I would expect in a smaller town, but I thought it was overpriced. I picked it anyway because it had a hot tub and after driving all day, I want to soak in a tub. My TV wasn't plugged in and it took me 15 minutes to get it working, and the remote was really damaged, but still functioned. The bed was really comfortable and the room got really cold (which I wanted). The shower wasn't great, but was fine. I didn't get a chance to try the gym, and the breakfast was basic. Overall, I'd say it was a nice place, but I did think it was the most expensive in town and probably no reason for that.

Arrived last weekend hoping for an early check in after a long drive in. Walked in to an extremely rude lady at the front desk that I was greeted with “what do you want” I asked if early check in was an option and was laughed in my face and told “not going to happen” a simple I’m sorry not at this time we are busy and don’t have rooms ready would have sufficed. I have never been greeted at a hotel so rudely. If my payment would have been refundable I would have cancelled right then and there. I then returned later in the evening to the same lady smoking right at the front doors where I had to walk through it, I was then greeted with “I’m assuming you need me?” I the place was overall clean and nice but I would not return for the simple fact of the extremely rude staff.
