todo muy bien habitación. casi todos el personal hotel bien ubicado. ahi llego seguido. la única observación es q cuando llegue. antes de las 3. la recepcionista con mala actitud. le pedí q si podíamos hacer check out ( había poca ocupación). quizás su política es como regla hacerlo a las 3. pero pues mínimo por empatía hacer como el intento. aunq sea pantomima pero por atención. me respondió q si quería q tenía q pagar media tarifa por ingresar antes. con una actitud poco profesional estaba como platicando con otra persona. la vd. casi siempre me atiende super bien. y en algunas ocasiones me dan check in antes o almenos hacen el intento. creo q deben de entrenar bien a su personal. fuera de eso todo bien. creo q esta persona no empata con lo bueno q es el hotel y a muy buen precio.
