Falling apart and very outdated

Staff was very nice but the condition of the hotel is terrible. It looks very outdated and there were several things in the room that were broken or falling apart. The price was way too high for the condition of the hotel.

This hotel is old and very musty smelling. Very disappointed and they charge a ridiculous rate on Iowa football home games. $330 nightly is absurd for this hotel. We had problems with our TV as well.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a moldy smell a small that stayed on us all the way back to Illinois we had to wash all of our clothes and suitcases to get the smell out !! Due to the family room block we stayed there but did not eat the breakfast or eat inside the room due to the smell my head was hurting from the smell and my sister nose was running overall that’s is a safety concern mold is not good to be inhaling at all it was mode inside the vent and the windows very noticeable. I will like a full refund for my stay !!!

There was no deadbolt, just the card operated lock and a gap in my door- There were men who looked to be working on something just hanging around the hotel into the evening. My sheets did not look clean, the coffee pot was dirty, the room smelled moldy. I ended up moving to another hotel in the area.

The hotel was clean as well as the pool. The outside well lit. Staff friendly. Coffee 24 hours with flavored creamer. They also had cereal out throughout the day. Walking distance to stores and resrurant. Would stay again. I travel once a month and believe in giving honest reverie m reviews because that is my go to before booking

Put check in was easy. The clerk was excellent and told us how to get to our event. Each staff member was polite and helpful. Our only complaint was that the drapes did not close to keep out the security lights. We would stay there again.
