There was a cigarette burn on our bed comforter. The staff would not bring us clean towels we had to walk down to the front desk to get them. There was no hand soap in the bathroom sink. The lobby smelled like curry when you walk in. The front desk folks were kind.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean, I had a dirty washcloth from a previous guest hanging over the shower. All I like for breakfast is coffee with flavored, vanilla or hazelnut creamer, which they didn’t have either.

Our tub would not drain so you were standing in ankle deep water every time you showered. Reported to front desk and guy looked at us like we were crazy. Could not plug anything in any of the outlets in room it would literally just fall out- no tension. Giant stain on the side of the mattress of one of the beds. 100% not worth the $300 plus dollars a night we were charged. Asked for a receipt at checkout was told it would be emailed. Still have not received even after calling and requesting again!!! Will not be staying here again.

I feel this property has gone downhill over the past couple years. It's ok. Not the cleanest, could use a refresh on paint, maintenance, etc. Our window's seal had blown meaning the window was completely opaque. The beds were so so and the pillows lumpy. We asked for a wake up call at 7 and they called 15 minutes late. The breakfast food was not as good as most hotel breakfast food that I'm used to.The coffee was almost undrinkable. It was at least reasonably quiet and convenient for the football game and didn't cost us a fortune for football weekend. Not the worst I've stayed in but it will not be high on our list for future stays.

For what I paid to stay here it was definitely not worth it! The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy literally. The bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was not clean and was extremely outdated. I would not stay again or recommend this place.
