Check in agent was great, but the person on the overnight shift was not great. Rather rude and seemed annoyed that I asked her to actually come out and process my checkout. Would not provide a receipt - I’ve never had a hotel that I booked on Orbitz refuse to issue a receipt. The room itself was fine - clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and as pictured. Pool hours were convenient for a late night swim. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus (fresh ground coffee was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had).

I was told this hotel has been open for 5yrs. This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in, and I travel often. My hotel shuttle driver was PHENOMENAL, she made it a point to remember me. Julie is an EXCELLENT host for guest. I tipped her $20 for driving 2 mins and wanted to tip more, that’s how excellent and attentive she was. The only downside was the breakfast
