Hotel was clean and the rooms were a nice size. The staff was helpful despite some misunderstandings about housekeeping. Will definitely stay at this property again.

I got there, my reservation was canceled because I was oneday late. Eventhough i had called them and told them I was lost in Missouri. My sister also called them and told them I was lost. I get a called about 3 days later wanting to know why I left the room dirty and why I skipped out during the night. I told her I never stayed there and they had canceled my reservation. She told me it wasn't canceled. I am really thinking about leagal actions.

I liked that it had all the capacity to make/eat meals. I liked the layout and comfortable furnishings to accommodate work/leisure, and the cable/streaming tv access. I liked the opaque and block-out shades. I liked the cleanliness and modern shower with easy access soaps and lotion. I liked the breakfast options for food and seating.

Great hotel except the breakfast

The hotel itself is new and beautiful. The room was bright and spacious. The pool was small but clean. There is not much parking directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was quite disappointing. The first day there was almost no food at all. We ate what we could get and there seemed to be a significant understaffing problem. The second day there was a bit more food - but the food waffle batter container was broken and the hot food wasn’t really hot. We will definitely be staying there next time but we won’t plan on eating breakfast there.
