It was not a good check-in experience. Even though check-in was at 4 and we were there at 4, nobody was at the front desk and there was no bell to ring. When they front desk person came out, someone said something to him, and he started swearing in front of us to himself. He then had a difficult time finding a room for us, even though we paid in advance ( non-refundable ) and reserved a room prior. He gave us a handicap room, which we, which neither of us is/was. I think that it is the first time in staying at a hotel where we didn't have a small fridge and/or microwave in our room ( especially at that price ) The experience has made us make a decision to stay at another hotel in the area the next time around.
