The house seemed recently renovated. It was stocked with several items that were useful during the stay (like K-cups, spices, toothbrushes, etc.).The only issue we had at arrival was that we had a hard time figuring out how to enter the code in the door lock. We contacted the host by phone but only got a voicemail which was answered by text the next day.Luckily, we finally figured out how to enter the code correctly.

This place was great for our family weekend in Cedar Rapids. The neighborhood is super quiet. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed are comfy and the A/C worked great. It was nice having access to the garage to park our cars.

Family Visit to Iowa

Upon entry to the house the first time, the house was very well kept. The owner has thought about what renters may need or may have forgotten at their house. The owner answered questions in a timely manor and was very helpful with any question. All in all it was a very nice place to stay for our visit with family in the area. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay.

Our family rented several VRBO units. Our first night, we had everyone here before leaving for dinner. Everyone loved the place. It was perfect for our needs.

Great place for visiting Coe College

Worked great while in town for an event at Coe College. Since there is no kitchen table, a card table (that could be stored away in the laundry room) would be nice for playing games and eating meals.

Great property!

Such a cute and clean home! Beds were comfortable, all necessities needed were there! Super quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed! Host was readily available for any questions during stay! Would definitely return!
