When we checked in the first room they originally checked us into wasn’t not cleaned. Went backed to the desk and the front desk clerk was on a personal phone call but was very apologetic about our experience. She transferred our room to another floor and to a smaller room. The room was clean but did smell like smoke. Just was disappointed with the experience.

Great location right off Interstate 380. The lobby and breakfast area was spotless and the King Suite was clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I'll definitely make this my go to hotel whenever I'm in the area.

Coffee maker in room was broken. The water to the tub took forever to get hot and the breakfast time was not long enough so we missed it. Most people want to sleep in and for the breakfast to be over by 9am was not convenient.

Front desk staff first greeted us by saying she wasn’t clocked in yet and another employee came and kindly checked us in. There was a man in a car circling around the parking lot and lingering near cars that made us uncomfortable upon entering late at night. Neither of our 2 rooms had bath towels in them and we couldn’t get a hold of the front desk to request them (they were away from the desk). We were luckily able to get towels from the cleaning cart. The hotel was fine for a quick in and out stay to sleep but wouldn’t select this one again.

Showers x multiple rooms had mold along the bottom shower seams missing caulking. It was the clerks second day on the job and no help. She had to call to get instructions on how to register us. Not fault of hers, she had excellent customer skills and placed in a poor situation on a busy Saturday.
