Clean clean and newly renovated large well pointed rooms easy access to the highways. The only negative is the adjacent Mexican restaurant which to call the food marginal would be kind, best avoided.

I stayed here in July 2026 while attending the Shakespeare Festival. They are in the process of refurbishing all rooms. Our room looked and smelled brand new. The king bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. Overall, this was a great value for the price we paid.

The Cairn looks like it is still going for a refurbish but we couldn't tell as our room felt brand new. We were pleasantly surprised that there was nothing to criticize during this trip unlike other hotels. The check in and out were very easy and the cleaning staff helped us out with some extra towels. The Cairn is a great place to stay while visiting the Shakespeare Festival!

Maid service has to be requested, and I didn't need it. Indoor hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was great. When I asked the staff to put my blue ice in the freezer, they put it in the refrigerator, or some place where it did not freeze. Parking was wonderful. Overall 4.5 stars out of 5.

The hotel is going through a remodel, they are doing it very efficiently, and it is not affecting the way that the day-to-day business is being managed. We stayed in a newly remodeled room and it was very nice. The staff check-in was very helpful and trying to navigate through some Expedia difficulties. Breakfast was served in the morning and was very good in the selection and and the quality. Very nice place to stay I would definitely stay here again.

The property was under a major renovation that was unknown to us before arrival. We had no hot water for one day or our stay, the pool and jacuzzi were not functioning, so we were unable to use either. The room they put us in was surrounded by loud construction. The staff was nice and the property could be decent once the construction is taken care of and they get the pool and jacuzzi functioning.

Staff was welcoming! The room always smelled funny (like sewage)! The t.v. always had to be rebooted everytime we turned it on. The AC was very loud. Had to sleep with the t.v on to drown out the noise. An hour after breakfast opened, they were out of everything. The juice machine was out of order and the water in the machine was not working. The only reason we picked this hotel was because it had an outdoor pool and then the weather wasn't nice enough to use it.

The hotel is under renovations and the room we were originally given did not have a working tv, we were switched to another room without issue. The room was old and not remodeled yet but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I went downstairs for the breakfast thinking I could get coffee and orange juice but both were out of order. I didn't eat, the selection didn't look like much. The staff (Jennifer) was wonderful. I would recommend waiting until the remodel is complete and they have thier stuff together before booking.
