We stayed in the family suite. The condition of the room was good; however, there was several issues that were present in the room. The biggest one was that one of the sofa beds was broken and would not fold out or store with significant effort. Apparently it was known before our stay since there was a hand-written note stating that it was broken. We were able to get it to work for the stay. The second is that the toilet plugged very easily if there was more then urine in the toilet. The big plus was that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator to reach the 2nd floor, very inconvenient to guests with heavy luggage and there was no water in the bathroom when I was ready to have a shower in the morning. It is a too old hotel.

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. From the moment I checked in, the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond — warm, friendly, and genuinely professional. Her customer service was exceptional and set the tone for my entire stay. As an added delight, the lobby was filled with the soft, sweet scent of roses, making the whole experience feel extra special.

Average to below average.

We did not see a bar. The rooms were of average cleanliness. The sink and toilet were both quite damaged. No room service whatsoever during the three nights we were there. The staff was often not at the desk. Obviously, the place was short-staffed. Buffet was good. Again, not enough staff to meet the needs of the customers. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. The manager would not give us a refund for our last night.

The place is clean, well priced and right off the freeway. Only reason I’m giving less than 5 stars is some random weirdo appeared in the parking lot and continued to make what looked like a pentagram with rocks, sand and other objects. Didn’t worry for my safety, but the dude was definitely not what I was hoping to find in the parking lot at 11pm. Otherwise, 5 stars. The Mexican food place attached to the hotel is sub-par, FYI.
