The Comfort Inn and suites don’t have any grace towards customers who may by human error book a extra room even when the customer is actually staying in the hotel or offer a credit for another time it’s just No refund no credit .Comfort Inn and Suites off my list of hotels to stay in in future.

I stayed there 4 nights and it was great. The room was spacious with great amenities. The room was on the 2nd floor with a nice king bed. The lobby was nice and clean as well as the dining area. Full breakfast was good. Easy parking on premises. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub & gym was nice.

We stayed there Aug 19-21 on our way to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The hotel was ok. Breakfast included. Don't have much to complain. The pool was small. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Walmart about 4 mins drive.

Really my only complaint was when the TV went on and sometimes when watching the volume was at 97. Super annoying. The breakfast was really nice.

The Good: Comfortable and clean. Good hot breakfast. Nice, cordial staff. The Bad: Waste & storage containers associated with the on-going improvements block access to a large number of parking spaces. Some highway noise, but not a significant distraction as in room air conditioning more than covered the highway noise. The Ugly: The air conditioning in the common hallways was inconsistent.
