When I looked at my estimate of cost, it was nearly $100/day. The marquee on the hotel said $54. I thought this was a site which would save money. ALSO, I used to get points toward free nights -- did not happen this trip. FINALLY -- the breakfast was a joke.

This place needs a major revamping. Bathroom was tiny and old. Linoleum floors. Carpet was nasty in the room and hallway. Broken windows just taped up. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one and went elsewhere for our second night. I do not recommend.

Ac and heat worked well! The breakfast wasn't as advertised but something was provided. For a cheaper place to stay it wasn't too bad. Right by the freeway but pretty quiet when we were relaxing in the hot tub. The staff were amazing!! We will be staying again.

We stayed 3 nights and Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel was very dirty, black mold along the ceiling in the bathroom and only 1 bath towel, beds were just about as hard as sleeping on the ground, no trash can in the room the first day, pool was not maintained/cleaned every day and we had to have our room keys re-keyed twice.

I am really sorry we booked at America’s best value. Wouldn’t flush., that’s red on my side of the bed had a blood stain., no paper cups supplied, so we can drink water, the person running the place I could not understand did not speak English, dryer did not work after taking a shower don’t let your hair.

I was hit on by the person checking me in and then when I didn’t reciprocate, he turned to my brothers to mock me. There was no hand soap/soap bar and we were given body wash to use for handwashing. There were old cheetos on the carpet from previous guests. Pool and hot tub were nice. The listing says free breakfast which was a major reason I chose this location just to be told they no longer offered that. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed about that had the listing been accurate and I did not already feel uncomfortable around the main desk attendant. It worked as a place to sleep but we spent as little time as we could there.
