Overall, the room was clean with the exception of the floors. They were dirty to the point of blackening the bottom of our socks. Even the bathroom.

Nice hotel, clean, quiet

Top floor room, had elevator and stair access. Well furnished and spacious. Great reception staff. Breakfast currently served in a property next door whilst renovating but no issue, quality of food good. A little cramped but only temporary whilst they renovate. Clean room, able to connect streaming services to TV which is always great. Lots of local eateries and grocery stores. A little away from a main road but rarely heard noise.

The front staff was friendly and polite. The front office also had coffee and tea for customers convenience. The rooms were quite clean. It had amenities with coffee in room and provision of bathroom amenities. They had good breakfast with variety of options. The staff at the breakfast area are friendly and thanking customers after enjoying their breakfast.

The Abby Inn is my favorite place to stay, while in Cedar City. They always have a great breakfast. It has gotten more expensive to stay here over the past four years, but I got an incredible price on Expedia for this trip. Only downside is it tends to be loud from the street noise, as it seems the college students love to drive up and down the main drag with their loud exhausts.

Clean, breakfast was great. Even this motel is older, they have updated and kept things nice. Friendly staff. We are on a road trip and this was the most comfortable mattress we slept on.
