**Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! 🚫🏨** I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was appalling— the front desk staff were incredibly rude. My room was dirty, with cockroaches scuttling across the floors and in the restrooms. To make matters worse, the toilet paper was nearly gone, the beds felt like something out of a prison cell, and the pillows reeked of smoke. The towels were embarrassingly small. Additionally, the surrounding area was a major concern; it felt unsafe and resembled a slum, almost like a drug den. Please, do yourself a favor and do not book a stay here!

Hotel is on a quiet side street that taxis may not know. Have a map handy. It is close to SM City Mall and there's a convenient small shopping area nearby. I had a large room with window to hotel parking. Basic. Reception/staff are great.
