There seemed to be some confusion on check in as to room selection and other inclusions, which was mainly my fault. There is also the possibility that this hotel doubles as dormitory for high school/college students, thus making the breakfast restaurant and elevators extremely busy. Aside from this, the hotel is very nice and the staff is professional. Great location, easy access to restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

Very underrated hotel.

A very good hotel. Staff are friendly, breakfast buffet is great. Caja cafe is good value and rhe food is tasty.I honestly can't see the low reviews given, it is central, swimming pool is nice and the food is also ok. Would highly recommend it.
