Staff absent all weekend because of thanksgiving holiday, hot water very slow to arrive in pipes and low water pressure...poorly maintained laundry room machines and dangereous steps to porch...loevly setting but it has seen better days.

Great location in heart of Cavendish

We had an Executive 2 bedroom unit with porch overlooking lawn and playground. Well equipped with pine touches. Even though low season it was warm out first days so used A/C which worked good, then last day cool out so electric heat made toasty. Parking right on lawn beside cottage. Only 3 minute drive to beautiful Cavendish Cliffs lookout to see sunset. 8 minute drive to village of North Rustico for grocery store and restaurants. Nice boardwalk along harbour. Friendly receptionist. Central to explore the island. Happy with our stay.

We couldn't stay the full booking, multiple eves, because the quality of the matress was unbearable and they could not offer different rooms with an adequate or different type of hard matress. We woke up in pain and were refunded for upcoming nights. I do not recommend to try. Overall, the quality of the rooms are poor, broken doors, full of spiders, toilet facing the bed 4 feet sway and tp dispenser in your rib. Disappointing. Sad decor and poor vibe.
