"If you are staying in the Grants Pass area and are looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. THIS IS IT! The pictures don't do it justice. The lodge is steeped in local history. It is rustic but well preserved and updated. The grounds are lovely. The breakfast each morning was delicious (Scott makes a mean biscuit gravy). Happy hour snacks were varied and just perfect for pre-dinner fare. Local wines and beer are served as well. We stayed in one of the outer cabin groups which had a balcony looking over the irrigation canal path and the Rouge River in the distance. Super nice to sit out in the morning for coffee. We are going back next year."

"My wife and I and our two dogs booked The Lodge for 6 nights. The cabin was very nice and roomy. It could easily sleep 6 as advertised. The campground was the quietest we have every been to. There's a pond on the property that our dogs loved to play in. We had an awesome experience overall. The perfect place for a relaxing getaway."

"I did one night in an RV with a porch facing the forest and a creek. After all day hiway driving and looking towards another day of the same, this was a refreshing, quiet, natural place to rest and recover. Highly Recommend."
