Located in the town of Caux, a small medieval village nestled among the vineyards between the sea and the mountains. A charming little property in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful, unobstructed view, set on a 1,200 m² enclosed garden planted with olive, fig, and lemon trees... Just 5 minutes from Pézenas, a town of art and history, and a few minutes from Béziers, the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, Lake Salagou, Narbonne, Montpellier, and the thermal spas of Lamalou-les-Bains.

In a region where the sun shines 300 days a year, you can enjoy our beautiful 5m x 10m swimming pool and its tiled deck for relaxing and sunbathing—it’s the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation.

The pool is closed from late September through May 26 (due to complete renovation)

There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the region through vineyards, the garrigue, the mountains, and along the beaches.

Our vacation rentals are located just a stone’s throw from downtown Caux and its shops.

The Azur and Corail vacation rentals are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Given the current situation, cleaning and sanitizing the premises are no longer optional.
