Lézignan la cèbe is located 5 minutes from Pézenas which is the city of Molière (see cultural program), 19 minutes from the beach, 24 minutes from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport and is 1 minute from the entrance to the motorway between Béziers and Montpellier.
Close to the lake of Salagou, Agde and its cape, Marseillan too, the cirque of Moureze.
All this beautiful region around is to be visited and discovered.

This house of 90 m2 of living space (floor area: more or less 100 m2)
With its entrance alley the house is quiet and bright.
It is composed of:
-a pretty entrance with bay window on a private outdoor courtyard of 31 m2 embellished, with barbecue and its stone wall.
