We’re expats who live in Mexico full time. We loved this place, so quiet and sweet. There were som renovations going on but it didn’t bother us. The air conditioning is quiet loud at first but we still slept well and enjoyed waking up to an absolutely stunning view. We both said we’d stay here again and prefer it to the city express any day 😎

I was very disappointed with my stay. The place was dirty, with stains on the sheets and bed cover, which is completely unacceptable. I also saw cockroaches in the room. Overall, it did not feel clean or comfortable at all. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it. The people at the restaurant are very kind.

I was surprise for the thousands of little bugs attached to the room outside door when we were coming at night. Even when personnel sprayed them before entering the room, dozens were inside. It seems it was an excellent hotel in the '60s-'70s but regrettably, it did not adapt to this century. It has old furniture, the shower has no pressure, and privacy is absent, as you can hear guests from the neighboring rooms. There is no control over the access to the swimming pool, making this space filthy.
