"We stayed in Room 23 which was lovely. Very large. Comfortable bed. Nice large bath towels. Decent cups for tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. We had parking outside the hotel but there were plenty of spaces."

"We were stay in a 3 bed room. It was really cosy and was more spacious as we expected. The Hotel is not far from the centre on foot but lots of bus stops not far away. If you arrive by car there is no on-site parking and a bit expensive all the parking lots around. The room was a bit nosey from the street (cars, emergency vehicles at night) but not from next rooms. Room was clean but not spotless. We stayed in January when it was -4 outside at night but the little aircon did their job really well, it was warm in the room. All the staff was friendly. Check out was quick. If you don't have high expectation but want to stay a nice and clean room, this is for you. Would stay again."

"Fire alarms went off at 2am due to a customer smoking in their room. Although this wasn't the hotel's fault, the staff were hard to find and the alarm took a while to be cancelled. After going back to bed, it was hard to get back to sleep as the hotel was noisy. It sounded like there was a washing machine in the room underneath us. "
