Quite rundown. Rooms show lots of wear and minimal upkeep. One nice mattress one terribly old mattress. Bathroom was clean but paint peeling, rust etc. The water slide was broken and pool was very cold. Breakfast was minimal, even for complimentary. Okay for a small town stay but I probably would choose another chain next time for a similar price.

The staff can barely speak English. The breakfast was moldy. The pool was dirty and slide didn’t work. The room was crowded. The bathroom had a lot of damage in it, and the shower curtain was broken.

Advertised that the water slide was out of order. We found out that both the pool and the hot tub were also closed as well. The kids love the pool and we likely would have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast had a bowl of seriously rotten oranges and apples set out (have pics to prove) and to top it all of there was NO hot water for a morning shower! I tried the sink tap as well and let the water run for some time. Nope, warm at best.

The gym equipment was falling apart. The waterslide was broken. The hot tub jets were broken. The pool, which was very tiny, is less than a metre deep and was freezing cold. We chose the hotel for the amenities and were very disappointed with them. The rooms were clean, but there was a dog on our floor that barked all day and half the night; when we called the front desk, their response was “they are in a pet friendly room”. I love dogs. I have 3 of my own, but I didn’t expect to not be able to sleep in a hotel because of barking.

Disappointed in the pool. I would expect the indoor pool would be heated and it wasn’t. When trying to contact the front desk from our room, twice, no one answered and even trying the managers office, an option on the phone, there was no answer and the mail box was full.

I have stayed here in july two years running, and it was fine, fairly clean, decent price, the chlorine smell from the pool was a bit overwhelming due to it being enclosed, but over all a good experience. We stayed here last night and it was gross. The lobby/breakfast room smelled SO intensely of rotting garbage i could taste it. It permiated the elevator, and even on the THIRD floor on the opposite side of the hotel the REEK of garbage followed us. It legitimately almost made me leave and sleep in the car. The front desk said they would "let house keeping know". Admittedly, i have a sensitive sense of smell, but this was truely excessive, and, esspecially in the food service area, unacceptable. The bathtub had a considerable mold problem, there were greasy hand prints on the ceiling in the bathroom, a large sticky forehead shaped mark in the middle of the TV, the fridge smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the kicker, bugs. Not bedbugs, stink beetles, they're harmless, and invasive, so i understand, but there were 3 in bed with me when i woke up and i will NOT being going back. Litterally two months ago this hotel was fine, i dont know what happened, but i am deeply disappointed.

It was a nice surprise to see a brand name for the little shampoo,conditioner,body lotion & bar soap—DOVE !🤗 Not sure what happened, but my sister left her swimsuit on the tub to dry overnight and the next morning we were shocked to see a long streak of rust colour coming from it. Also her silver ring was damaged & turned dark colour 🤔 after the hot tub. Mine was okay. Very strange….
