We had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was that the hotel does not have parking available, which made things a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This is a heritage hotel that has been updated without losing its charm. In the heart of downtown you can walk to shopping and restaurants and enjoy the history of Nelson. Of course, the rooftop hot tub is a must! We will definitely stay again next visit to Nelson

The hot tub had some animal droppings in it. There was a stain in the shower and hair in the bed. Room was very small and the door can't open all the way because of rug and bed. Overall great location though very central. Staff was very friendly as well.
