Beautiful views and large grassy area for the dog to run. Older motel, but a renovated room and comfy bed. This is a good jump off point to explore the area without the business of being right in town.

We were visiting relatives in Nelson. The rest of our party was at the camp ground, so the fact that the resort was close by was great as was the kitchen when it was our turn to cook.
