"Directions into the resort is a little challenging. Signage could be better to direct you to the office for checkin. There are only 5 parking spots to check in and a very tight area to turn around to get your car out of that area. The room is a normal hotel room. Your room key will get you into the hot springs pool. There are a lot of people who come to use the facility by the hour, so sometimes the pool is very busy. We used the soak & body wrap spa treatment. There was some maintenance with loud noises being done outside the room, so it wasn't as calming and relaxing as it should have been. The restaurant has a happy hour from 3-4 daily with very nice options and pricing."
