👥 Registered Guests Only – Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property. Outside visitors are not allowed.

🔕 Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.

🛋️ Furniture Policy – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture or décor.

🍽️ No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals, snacks, and drinks in designated dining and common areas only.

💳 Damages & Cleaning – Excessive mess, additional cleaning, or property damage may result in extra charges.

🧻 Starter Supplies – A starter supply of paper towels, toiletries, trash bags, coffee, and other basic essentials is provided for your convenience.

🚗 Free Parking – Complimentary parking is available in the garage and driveway.

💵 NOTE! Refund: If you cancel within the refundable time period, we`ll still be charging 5% of your total payment for processing fees.
