The property was dated & somewhat run down. However they are going to start renovations soon, displaying architectural drawings in the lobby. At least the room was clean. It was as good as it could be expected under the circumstances.

Basically, the hotel is a dump. It's a shadow of its former self. One can only imagine newer ownership is to blame for its poor condition. The bed is horribly uncomfortable as are the pillows (thankfully, I always travel with my own pillow). The exterior is dilapidated, especially the exterior stairs to the second-floor rooms. Trash is everywhere. When I stayed a laundry bin of trash was stored in the stairwell creating an eye sore. The only bright spot about this place is the breakfast, which is generous and managed by a nice staffer. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The staff was very nice ease of checking in and out! Room was failrly clean a few spots of mold. The property however really needs maintained! Exposed wiring around the hot tub, a supporting beam for the stairs was almoat rusted through. Needs a good coat of paint around the pool, and propwr pool chairs. It was in general disaray, but the room was comforta le and moatly clean. We had a nice grtaway

Since I stay here I believe circumstances beyond their control & a pending renovation has started to present some hiccups in the ultimate comfort I'm usually afforded. Otherwise it's continues to be my go to stay while in Casa Grande.

This hotel should honestly be shut down!!! This is the filthiest hotel I have ever been in! Absolutely disgusting! I honestly don’t know if the room had even been cleaned from whoever stayed there previously. There was hair left on the bathroom floor and in the bath tub, the toilet had feces left in it, the water wouldn’t drain in the bath tub and the sheets were dirty. If it would not have been a 2 am arrival time we would have left immediately! I have never slept in a bed fully clothed including my socks but like they say there’s a first time for everything! In the morning I walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my socks were blackened. We notified the front desk and were offered another room but this entire property is so old and run down complete with furniture that was stained and so filthy the arms on the chairs are black that we didn’t think it would make much of a difference. Upon departure we advised that we would not be returning for our 2nd night and asked to speak to the manager. We were told that they were not on site and just come and go when they feel like it. WHAT??? Don’t waste your time or money booking here! We drove into town a few more miles for our 2nd night and for $22 more stayed at the Radisson, it was like being at a 5 star resort compared to this dump!
