Food in the restaurant was awful, there were also spiders on the floor, the credit card machine didn’t work so I had to use the atm and was charged a $5 atm fee. Most of the employees seem to have some kind of mental disorder. The food at breakfast was awful, at times there was no coffee and the fruit had dirt on it. We come to this area a few times a year and I will never stay here again.

Staff was great but we somehow had an adjoining room . And our neighbors came in at 400 am and were obnoxioiouly repeatedly trying to open that door . Then would not be quiet snd kept banding on the wall. It made the entire experience unbearable

Where do I begin....Let's start with the hidden fees! I checked in 30 minutes early and was charged $20 and then asked if that was "ok", no, it's not ok. I asked if my room was ready and she told me it was, so why am I being charged to get in my room 30 minutes early? Next hidden fee was for bringing a dog with me. Radisson's site does say "dog friendly", but does not list what the dog friendly chargers are until the time you actually check in, SURPRISE!!! and oh yeah, it's a fee not a refundable deposit! Another snafu was, the TV didn't work in the room and maintenance wouldn't be able to attended to until the next morning...we were then moved to another room where the beds were not comfortable, the bathroom was in some state of disrepair / repair with poor workmanship and a very strange opening above the lighting that had exposed wiring. Staff was accommodating (with the exception of the young lady that checked us in), the grounds and room were clean, the breakfast was limited and the coffee could remove chrome from the bumper of a 55 Chevy. I do not believe I will be staying at this location in the future.
