we had neighbors accross from us who had dogs that barked non stop. I told the fromt desk and come to find out theyve had numerous complaints over a good amount of time because the people have lived there a year. Why would you ignore guest’s complaints rather than get rid of the problem dogs? Are new guests not important enough they don’t deserve to sleep without being woke by barking dogs all night? 4th floor dont go up there if you want to sleep at all.

When we arrived, the outside of the building is very nice and well lit. We were greeted by a friendly face and quick check in for two rooms. Unfortunately, once we entered our rooms, everything went downhill… we immediately noticed 3 live roaches crawling in the walls. There were cigarette marks all over the sheets, ripped carpet throughout the room and the shower was badly stained brown. We had a second room, and it unfortunately also had live roaches crawling in the bathroom. So, within 5-10 minutes we were already leaving this hotel. On the bright side, we were able to find accommodations near by, and Expedia was very helpful in refunding our money. I just cannot recommend this hotel.
