Staff was incredibly kind and welcoming!! This is a great hotel to stay in if you want a nice clean room to stay in and a free breakfast. If you're into hotel gyms and pools, this is not for you (probably why it's called Microtel), as there aren't either of these things. Personally, I rarely use those amenities anyway, so I didn't miss them. My one complaint is there is no fridge/microwave (at least in the rooms we stayed in). Overall it's a very nice place!

Nice and comfortable hotel

Very nice stay. The area seemed safe and quiet. At the time of my stay there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel but it did not disrupt my stay at all. The room was very clean and comfortable. Pillow top mattresses on the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and they provided nice, thick towels. The room included free wifi and a continental breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Discounted rates but a/c broken in room.

Pros: Reduced or discounted price offered. Outside of building looks nice as does most of the indoors. Plenty of parking available and easy to get in and out. Staff quickly provided a room. Cons: Air conditioner failed or was already inoperable at check in. Room was dated and mostly clean. Holes in shower wall and door showed evidence of being kicked in No micro or small frig. Small tv but newer model Remote was broken but sometimes worked We were given a room next to the outside door and staircase but lack of business kept it mostly quiet. Breakfast was lean but enough to get something to eat.

The outside of the property looks new. The lobby looks inviting. The bath room in the room is nice. The rooms seem very different from the outside of the property and the lobby. They seem much much older. There is no refrigerator in the room and no usb charge plugs. It seems fine to sleep here. nothing wonderful, nothing horrible
