Room was musky and smelled bad-carpet needed deep cleaning. Had to put coffee beans in containers to reduce smell. Eventually after 3 complaints, Mtce came and said it would be best to move to a different room. Management agreed. Second had an odor-not as severe as the first. Reused the coffee beans-helped somewhat. Also one person(not sure if a quest-was begging fund in the hallways. Also quests are allowed to sit on the sidewalks outside front of building. Hallways needs vacuuming. Elevator floors needs cleaning.I will not stay here again .

I have traveled most of my consulting career. I have stayed in many Extended Stays around the country. I was massively disappointed in this property. Problems: - cleanliness - the carpets had significant stains. The fan is the bathroom was rusted with significant dust accumulated on it. - maintenance - the ceiling had been patched and primed but not finished and some of the popcorn ceiling was falling off. The shower faucet had a significant gap where water could get behind the wall or tile. - safety - the side door that is supposed to be locked had the entire locking mechanism was missing and people could go in and out with no key. I have picture to share if you care to see it. Very disappointing to bring my wife to this hotel. You would not want your spouse, parents or kids to stay here.

Staff was very nice! The property itself was essentially falling apart. In a suite room with refrigerator and stove; there were no utensils, no bowls, no coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no plates, no nothing.. I did ask the staff and there is no ice in this facility nor ice bucket to even carry it in. Breakfast is a stale muffin with a coffee dispenser.. If it weren’t for the wonderful staff, I would have left and asked for my money back!
