We had one of the superior rooms with the king bed with the balcony that looked out to the Fort which was lovely. Room was clean, staff was fantastic, bed was comfortable. The only flag is, which we didn’t know is that this road is on the route of the many party buses (there’s a stop right in front of the Fort) so that was quiet loud, but otherwise recommend it!

This has been the best hotel I have stayed with in Cartegena. The location is so convenient and the staff are amazing. They learn your name and greet you every time you leave and return. They are also very helpful if you need information. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone and with family to stay here. They have great security as well. You always feel safe at their property. And the food is great as well several times we didn’t even leave the property. To me this is a five star property all the way and management are the best! They make you feel like family there.
