The terrace is where this penthouse earns its place - panoramic ocean views stretched out in every direction, and front-row seats for Caribbean sunsets that colour the horizon in long, vivid strokes. Below, 167 metres of beach runs along the shore, lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas. The community pool is flanked by additional sunbeds; a separate kids' pool and outdoor showers sit alongside it. After dark, fire pits cast warm light along the waterfront. A 60-metre shared dock provides direct water access for boats up to 60 feet.

Calablanca Residences carries a full set of community facilities. The spa includes steam rooms, saunas, massage cabins, and outdoor jacuzzis. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment.
