The room was clean and well appointed but just a little bit musty when we entered. I loved the location of this hotel it was near to everything no need for cabs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was just meh, the menu could be more varied especially breakfast. We loved the rooftop restaurant for the view and atmosphere. I would stay there again but just eat out more.

The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Each one was beyond helpful and knowledgable. . A special thanks to Anyelli who was just spectacular. The room was not that of a 5 star hotel. Voices could be heard throughout the night and running water in the wall from another room which was next to my bed was awful. While they did offer to change my room I did not feel like re packing again. I feel this was a known issue and needs to be properly corrected before that room is rented out. I will come back to this hotel just not that room. Food and rooftop bar was amazing was well.

Extremely Disappointed with Our Experience We stayed at this hotel this past weekend for my sister’s wedding, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. For months, our family communicated with the front desk to ensure our rooms would be near the bride for convenience and comfort, especially since we had small children and needed to coordinate with her. Despite all this planning, the woman at the front desk deliberately placed other guests from the wedding on the same floor as the bride — but not her immediate family. We were given the worst rooms and were placed on the first floor while the bride was on the sixth. The front desk staff member was often rude, dismissive, and at times didn’t even answer the phone. When the wedding party arrived, she was nowhere to be found. For someone who appeared to be the manager or person in charge, this behavior was completely unacceptable. After months of preparation, we expected at least a basic level of courtesy and communication, but that was clearly too much to ask. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning a special event or family gathering — the lack of professionalism and disregard for guests’ needs was extremely disappointing.

El hotel es lindo, la limpieza impecable. Los trabajadores de recepción y botones excelentes. El serivicio del restaurant pésimo( necesitan ayudarles a entender qué realmente es un Servicio al cliente) Respecto al aire acondicionado no se que tipo de sistema usan pero en el día y en la noche no funcionó para nada. Llámanos al botones q muy amablemente fue y lo encendió y aún así estuvimos todo el tiempo con la temperatura exterior.

The Movich hotel is right in the middle of all the action. Perfect for walking everywhere. We could not be happier with the service and the views from our bedroom. I would stay there again in the future. The breakfasts were amazing and the service was excellent. Because the hotel was so central to all the tourist attractions, we were able to come by and get refreshed in the middle of the day without wasting too much time. It was scorching hot out on the streets and coming to our nicely refrigerated bedroom to take breaks was awesome.

The property was central and there were great restaurants and sites in the immediate vicinity. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was calm and the pool and restaurant were a perfect place to relax and recover from the heat.

This hotel stay was supposed to be booked for April 1 - 2nd 2026, when the confirmation arrived back it was for yesterday evening. I contacted the property, the booking agent (hotels.com) to let them know about the error. No one has been able to assist. I am not looking for a refund, just an adjustment to the desired booking date of April 1 - 2.
