Luxurious 2 Bedroom apt, 32nd Floor - Morros City

Two-bedroom apartment on the 32nd floor of one of Cartagena's newest and most prestigious buildings. It features a living room, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony with spectacular views of Cartagena beach and the walled city center to the far right. Perfect for a trip with friends, family, or for business. The apartment accommodates 1-6 people. There is a double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will be given a wristband upon arrival and must avoid losing it. If lost, a fee of $20,000 pesos will be charged for each wristband. Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed in the building. To register a guest, please send their name 24 hours prior to arrival. A maximum of 6 people can be registered in the apartment. -IMPORTANT NOTE- According to our policy, if the provided savings card is damaged or broken, a $100 USD charge will be applied to cover replacement costs. This measure allows us to maintain the quality of service and resources available to all our guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; a $250 USD fine will be applied.

The Morros City building is one of the newest and most iconic in Cartagena. It's located in the Bocagrande neighborhood, a popular tourist area where you can stroll day and night in search of excellent restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and more. The apartment is decorated to make you feel at home, and we're happy to help you with anything you need.

Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband that you must wear during your stay. This allows the building to know who is staying in the apartment. You have access to the pool and gym on the S floor, as well as to the apartment itself. You also have access to a parking space. A maximum of six people are allowed in the building at any one time, and they must be pre-registered (24 hours in advance). No additional visitors are permitted.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist facilities, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. Bocagrande boasts large beaches and a wide variety of commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 10-minute taxi ride from the walled city center.
