It is building policy that at least 24 hours before arrival, ID or passport numbers of all guests staying in the apartment must be provided. According to building regulations, guests are NOT allowed to receive visitors; only registered guests can use the common areas.
Exclusive building with excellent central location, beachfront. Next to Hotel Estelar and Hotel Hyatt, as well as various restaurants and shops. Only 3 minutes from the Historic Center of Cartagena. Building with swimming pools on the 3rd floor, jacuzzi, gym and panoramic pool on the 40th floor. Apartment with modern and simple decoration, everything in excellent condition! Fully equipped. Special note Starting April 30th, the panoramic pool on the 40th floor will be undergoing repairs, but guests will have access to the two swimming pools on the 3rd floor and the jacuzzi.
Guests can access the common areas of the building mentioned above. However, according to building regulations, visitors are not allowed to the guests.

Great views from the balcony. Really clean apartment and modern. Just a few minutes walking distance to yhe beach and restaurants and shops. Host was great and accommodating. Will definitely book again when I visit Cartagena .
