• You will find some water in the fridge, coffee, soap and toilet paper for one or two days. Once you have settled in the apartment, you can do your shopping.

• The building offers a luggage storage service, which costs 5,000 COP (1.5 USD) for groups of up to five (5) suitcases.

• When arrival, all guests must show their ID at the front desk of the building and pay 10.000 COP (around $2.5 USD) per person as this building is located in a touristic area. This has to be paid just once. Change or adding guests during the stay is not allowed.

• In the event that guests arrive at different times, it is necessary to notify this at least one (1) day prior to the initial reservation date and provide the names, ID, and estimated arrival date for each person. Otherwise, entry may not be authorized.

• Visitors, changing or adding guests during the stay is not allowed.

• Please note that the apartment has internal stairs.
