Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was nicely decorated with a large washroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast was excellent, both healthy and less healthy options available, both delicious. The only issue was that it’s in such a good location that it can get noisy late at night/early morning. The hotel provides ear buds with the room amenities to deal with all the honking!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. As someone who knows limted spanish, I had no issues communicating with the staff or finding my way around. If you want to be right in the action of El Centro and still feel safe and secure, this is the place to stay.

Clean spacious room with gorgeous bathroom and balcony. Lovely restaurant and great breakfast. Very nice rooftop pool. The only drawback is it’s loud in the heart of the old city across the street from a very old restaurant bar. The staff were very accommodating.

Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Anything we needed, they would handle it right away! The breakfast was really good. One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. We were infront of the wedding venue and it was perfect because we were traveling with our toddler and it’s just crossing the street. This is going to be my preferred hotel when I go to Cartagena!
We were on the second floor. There are 3 floors. Good air conditioning in the rooms and rooms were very modern.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is so convenient to all the sights of the walled city. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, with luxury amenities. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool one afternoon which was incredible! If we find ourselves back in cartagena will definitely stay here.
