Clean room, quiet, wifi worked great, breakfast was good and tasty but not a lot of it, ladies at front desk aren't that Profesional, they need to be more pleasant and welcomed, acknowledging guest and a warm good morning with eye contact would make this place more inviting, however,Carlos, the overnight person was great at keeping up with a clean pool, and keep us safe at the front gate .

Great location in the centre of Getsemani and close to the old town. The rooms are clean and modern with great bathrooms and storage. The pool is the perfect place for a siesta on a hot day and the staff are excellent.

Excellent location and highly attentive staff. The women in house keeping throughly cleaned the rooms and entire hotel daily. Breakfast is a quick and not too heavy to start the day. Simple but tasty menu with different freshly squeezed regional juices, fruit and eggs as the base. To top it off very sweet and kind staff. Considering the noisy area, we were able to sleep, room was quiet and the hotel felt safe. All staff was very polite. Breakfast; self serve continental breakfast and eggs cooked to order, it felt good having someone greeting you at the breakfast area, setting up the table and taking your order. Room was spacious and bathroom too.

Really nice very attractive property. We stayed three nights, the staff were wonderful. The food was really nice. A full breakfast. Pool was delightful, the rooftop area with lounge chairs, and beautiful views was lovely. The proximity to everything was perfect.

Beautiful little hotel in the fabulous Getsemani neighborhood. Ice-cold AC. Very friendly staff. This hotel is right in the middle of the most intense and fun party streets you can imagine, especially at night. However, we were thrilled that interior of the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was only okay, so we skipped it two out of the three days we stayed here. The pool was a great place to wait out the intense heat of the middle of the day. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Felt very safe. Would return in a heartbeat.

We will be staying here again. Very clean rooms. The service from Maury and Carlos was superb. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The server at breakfast is very nice. We had a room where we didn't hear noise outside. Never tried the pool.

Great little Hotel in the heart of the Getsemani Neighborhood. All the Hotel staff are nice and attentive, especially Carlos, he takes care of you. Gracias Carlos por todo. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Cartagena. PS: The breakfast is a nice touch!!!
