The front staff was not helpful and was very disrespectful. The restaurant was not available nor was the pool. I called to get towels and wash clothes for the room because it was none present.. I never received any. I was just completely through with this hotel .

Nice size room for the price. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Nice pool area to chill out and have some drinks. 2 blocks from the beach. I would definitely come back here.

The rooms were small but adequate. The bathroom door did not close and hair dryers are not automatic in room, must go to desk for one. The check in was a nightmare, we were just there for a weekend and left our passports under lock at our condo - only to be denied check in. No where was it given that it would be required. We found a work around with our condo manager, but the hotel was far from helpful with options. Eventually they did say would pay extra tax ... should have lead with that option! The kitchen staff at the restaurant and breakfast were fantastic. Breakfast was a bit regional but no one went hungry.
